As a qualified Nutritional Therapist I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, usually in person but sometimes via Skype, in order to help them with their diet and lifestyle to achieve their personal goals.
My main area of expertise is in weight loss management. I will not only guide you through how to lose excess fat, but let you know how to maintain that weight in the long-term. Sometimes there are very small changes that are needed.
I work with clients in educating them on their dietary choices and behaviours that can change the way their body responds to certain food choices. You don’t need to count calories or points – say goodbye to the never-ending diet rollercoaster.
I can provide you with a little guidance and education which may be enough for you – or a full 2, 3 or 4 week dietary plan to take away the stress of planning. Whatever you want to incorporate into your plan – from creating shopping lists and providing recipe sheets – to daily motivational emails and tips.
I also work with strength training athletes, specialise in vegetarian and vegan diets and work with couples on increasing their fertility through diet.
If you have problems such as bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, headaches, rashes, itching and irritable bowel syndrome – these could all be linked to food intolerances. A simple test carried out at home can let you know if there are any foods you should be avoiding. Food intolerances can bring up many different symptoms and cause you to feel unwell or tired. I can also help you to adapt your diet to avoid certain foods and help you with meal plans.
